We have a large inventory, but reservations come in daily. Although we do try to help everyone, even with last minute deals!
A & S Party Rental strives to provide our rentals for the period of a day, or as long as the customer is able to use the items.
We will work with you to deliver our items with plenty of time before your event, and ensure you are ready for your party.
For items that our customers need to pick up, we do ask that you arrive on a day when we are in the office.
For example, if you are renting a cotton candy machine on a Saturday, we ask that you pick the item up on Friday, then return it on Monday. 
Our hours are Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm | Saturday, 9am to 1pm, and closed on Sunday.
We have a lenient poor weather policy, and we will work with our valuable customers to make sure their party event is successful no matter what.
If you feel the weather is going to be extremely poor, give one of the representatives at A&S a call to see what we can do for you!
For most reservations, yes, we do ask for a 50% at the time of reservation.
However, if there are extensive circumstances, just ask if there are other options while talking with an A & S Party Rental representative. We value the opportunity to work with you!
Yes, we are insured with up to $5,000,000 of liability insurance.
If you have an event where you need to be added to our insurance, we can provide that service for an additional fee.
These numbers are placed by our computer system, but these are not delivery times.
This allows us to ensure the inventory is available for the day of your event.

Once we deliver your items, our Logistics team will notify you of your pickup date. Typically, we do not require someone to be present for picking up of items. However, we do require access to our rental items (whether inside or outside). Please note that we require all chairs and tables to be stacked as they are delivered, otherwise we do charge a fee. You can easily choose chair/table setup or teardown for only $2 per item! Call us today for more information.

Yes we do, depending on the item!

All inflatable deliveries are provided (1) 50ft extension cord, however we do provide 100ft extension cords upon request. 

Please note that state law forbids us from running an extension cord over 100ft, as it poses a fire risk. Please ensure that your power source is within 100ft of the inflatable, otherwise a generator might be required.
