As soon as you can! We have a large inventory, but reservations come in daily. Although we do try to help everyone, even with last minute deals!<\/div><\/div>

A & S Party Rental strives to provide our rentals for the period of a day, or as long as the customer is able to use the items. We will work with you to deliver our items with plenty of time before\u00a0your event, and ensure you are\u00a0ready for your party.<\/div><\/div>

For items that our customers need\u00a0to pick up, we do ask that you arrive on a day when we are in the office. For example, if you are renting a cotton candy machine on a Saturday, we ask that you pick the item up on Friday, then return it on Monday.<\/div><\/div>

We have a lenient poor weather policy, and we will work with our valuable customers to make sure their party event is successful no matter what. If you feel the weather is going to be extremely poor, give one of the representatives at A&S a call to see what we can do for you!<\/div><\/div>

For most reservations, yes, we do ask for a 50% at the time of reservation. However, if there are extensive circumstances, just ask if there are other options while talking with an A & S Party Rental representative. We value the opportunity to work with\u00a0you!<\/div><\/div>

Yes, we are insured with up to $5,000,000 of liability insurance. If you have an event where you need to be added to our insurance, we can provide that service for an additional fee.<\/div><\/div>

These numbers are placed by\u00a0our computer system, but these are not delivery times. This allows us to ensure the inventory is available for the day of your event.<\/div><\/div>
