A&S Party Rental<\/strong> is Cincinnati Ohio. A&S Party Rental, was originally named A&S Play Zone and was founded in 2003 by Tammy and Nathan Chapman. Nathan and Tammy Chapman both graduated from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, they both had management careers with Fortune 500 companies where they learned how to become entrepreneurs\u2019.\u00a0 Combined, Nathan and Tammy have over 60 years of customer service experience.<\/p>
